If you’re unsure about quantities, just let us know how many people will be attending and we can recommend a suitable selection and amount of pizzas (we generally suggest at least half a pizza per person). Alternatively, you’re welcome to enter your exact pizzas, sides, and quantities in the “Details” section. This is also the best place to let us know about any dietary requirements such as gluten intolerance or allergies.

* Orders of more than 20 pizzas require at least 24 hours notice.
* Orders outside our standard trading hours require at least 7 days notice and incur an after-hours fee of $50.
* Delivery is available for catering orders and a delivery fee will apply depending on the location.

To ensure we can prepare your catering order on time and to the highest standard, please review the following conditions before placing your order.
Catering orders over 20 pizzas must be paid in full at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled collection or delivery time.
Orders that have not been paid by this deadline may be cancelled.
We understand that plans can change. However, catering orders often require additional ingredients, dough preparation and staffing arrangements in advance.
- More than 24 hours’ notice: Customers may cancel their order and receive a full refund.
- Less than 24 hours’ notice: Cancellations may be subject to a partial refund, with reasonable costs and losses already incurred deducted from the amount refunded.
These deductions may include:
- Ingredients and stock: Products purchased specifically for the order that cannot reasonably be returned, reused or sold.
- Additional staffing: Unavoidable labour costs arising from additional staff specifically arranged to accommodate the order.
- Dough preparation and wastage: Dough prepared specifically for the order that cannot reasonably be used within our two-day dough storage window and must therefore be discarded.
Any deductions will be limited to reasonable, demonstrable losses directly resulting from the cancellation. We will take reasonable steps to minimise these losses and can provide a breakdown of deductions upon request.
By confirming and paying for a catering order, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.
